The Issue Of Political Culture In The Villiage Committee’s Election

The report of Chinese Communist party’s Seventh National People’s congress says:’developing the democracy of grassroots to ensure that people enjoy greater and more real democratic rights. It demonstrates that the Party and the government value the democracy of grassroots.The villagers’ democratic election system is an important content of the villagers’ autonomy system.It’s important to have the basically corresponding political culture to ensure the institution achieving success in the rural,which is led and introduced by the nation.Therefore, the article studies the villager’s political culture and the reasons of its deficiency in Yong Chun county mainly from five aspects, namely political attention, political role cognition, political trust, political participation, political values. Furthermore, the writer attempt actively to build suitable political cultural content for the Yong Chun county’s village elections.
