Study On Law Enforcement Image Change Of Urban Management

The good law enforcement image of urban management is not only an intangible asset of urban management department, but also a prerequisite for its effective law enforcement. However, in recent years, because of the frequent occurrence of the violence enforcement events, the law enforcement image of urban management fell into a crisis, urban management bore tremendous pressure from public opinion, and the law enforcement work also faced more obstruction. Based on this case, the urban management departments around china have been actively innovative the city management mode, explore new law enforcement ways,attempt to save the law enforcement image of urban management from the multi-faceted work together, and continue to improve the new law enforcement image of urban management.This article is mainly to investigate the law enforcement image change of urban management from the aspect of enforcement behaviors. First of all, through combing, analyzing and summarizing the existing literature, the author intercepts and summarizes the more popular law enforcement image of urban management nowadays, such as the "violence enforcement" image, the "flexible enforcement "image and the "rigid-flexible " enforcement image. Next, the author elaborates the performance of the three corresponding enforcement behaviors respectively, and at the same times,the author deeply discusses the reasons and the harm of violent law-enforcement behavior. And finally, based on the above study, the author analyzes the reasons of the law enforcement image change of urban management in subjective and objective way. And In summary, from the subjective way is the positive transformation of the law enforcement concept of urban management and law enforcement officers, the continuously improvement of the overall quality of the law enforcement officers, and the gradually enhancement of public relations awareness and image conscious of urban management; from the objective way is the objective requirements to build a harmonious society and the service-oriented government, the objective driving of the pressure of public opinion, and the constant improvement of the city management system.
