The Exploratory From The Perspective Of So Cial Work On The Contempetency Of Village Officia Ls Graduated From Universities And Colleges

The selection and hiring of College-Graduate"Village officials" in our country is a career that should do in the contemporary and will do good to the future with great significance and far-reaching influence. Governments at all levels and the whole socie ty have attached great importance to it. How to hire, train and apply these officials is undoubtedly the key to the success of the doings. Study on Competency model in a foreign country is relatively mature and has proved that the selecting the proper talent for the positions is effective, scientific and can be referred. In recent years, it has be en introduced to China and has made great progress in national conditions.With the deepening of our country "five in one" construction concept and practice, social construction is mentioned in a prominent position and social work begins to e nter into the public view and is gradually accepted and recognized. Social work and s ocial workers and College-Graduate"Village officials" are highly inherented and it has undoubtedly a great innovative and practical significance to study whether it is possibl e to construct the competency model in Social Work Perspective and using the model to guide the selection, training and application of them.This study is based on College-Graduate "Village officials" from2005to2011in Huishan District, Wuxi city, through literature review, expert interviews, survey analysi s methods, initially establishes the village official competency model from the view of social work, trying to do some contributions to this aspect.
