Legal Analysis On Collective Enterprise Established By Stated-owned Enterprise Property Right Reform

Collective ownership is an important part of public ownership. Collective enterprise established by state-owned enterprise set up in the1980s for installing educated youth and the children of the workers ofthe state-owned enterprises. Collective enterprise established bystate-owned enterprise has played an important part in the developmentof the state-owned enterprise. Making the aim clear to seek the reform direction.Making analysis of the difficulty reality is to make the obstacle of reformclear.The fourth part made comparative analysis about the mode of collectiveenterprise reform. This part would introduce the various modes of mannerof collective enterprise reform in two aspects named the enterprise andworkers. This part would lay the foundation of the next part.The fifth part is the collective property right system reform modeselection and how to dissolve the resistance. Based on property rights theory and practical perspective, this part provided suggestions of thereform of collective property rights system.
