Analysis On The Network Institutionalizaiton Of And-corrupiton Supervision In China

The problem of corruption still exists after thousands of years. Today except a few developed countries to effectively curb corruption, most of the countries, especially developing countries are still faced with an extremely complex and arduous task of anti-corruption. With the deepening of the process of globalization, network and information into the main features of the modern information society, government management system proposed new requirements, also provide a new way of anti-corruption for countries-network supervision and e-government.Although research on the theory of network supervision, e-government and the fuction of anti-corruption is not unified, they are already recognized as two important ways of network corruption. According to the theoretical of network supervision, e-government and network corruption, there are three mothods of network anti-corruption, which is the mothod of non-governmental anti-corruption forces led "pressure-response", the official anti-corruption forces led "guide-participation ", into the system anti-corruption "system-standardized ", and the first two mothods have their own advantages and disadvantages, the third is the mothod of the institutionalization of anti-corruption network of this paper. In fact, the development of China’s network corruption already achieved remarkable results, but it is still facing many difficulties of network anti-corruption body, object, anti-corruption information and standardized, so our network corruption is immidiately to institutionalization. There are great inspiration and reference of e-government and network anti-corruption experience of the United States, Britain, South Korea which is the concept of "customer-centric", the main way to the building of the legal system, information technology support and so on. Comprehensive contrast the theoretical results and practical experience in network anti-corruption at home and abroad, our network corruption institutionalized should adhere to the "people-oriented","anti-corruption in accordance with the law","systematic, standardized,""theory first, practice follow-up "."under national conditions, moderate innovation "principle, and should focus from institutional settings, legal construction, building mechanisms, the construction of permanent education mechanism and policy environment, to take effective measures to advance.
