The land is formed complex with geology, climate, hydrology and other factors, and rural land resources are located in the rural area which is of the scarcity land to get income for the collective farmers.It is necessary to protect existing agricultural land and rational allocate the agricultural land by the laws of market for achieving sustainable development safeguarding the long-term interests of farmers.Hosted by the rural collective land, a rights group, divided into the beneficial nature and the nature of guarantee rights group.
