The scale, brand, specialization is the trend of the development of Chinese lawfirms, to occupy a favorable position in the market competition, many law firms toseek a breakthrough in the internal governance and external joint, through its owndevelopment and combination appeared all over a number of large, the marketreputation of outstanding law firm.
