A Study On The Protection And Relief Of The Rights Of Itinerant Vendors In Urban Management And Law Enforcement

Urban management and itinerant vendors conflict is a microcosm of the contradictions of our society in transition. It is generally blamed the violence of urban management conflicts occurred, this has some truth, but people ignore the rights of itinerant vendors can not get timely and effective protection and relief is an important reason leading to violent cycle. Analysis, studies to address the rights of itinerant vendors relief imminent. The purpose of this article is the management of itinerant vendors want to change the "blocking" as "loose", effective relief of their rights is an important part of grooming. From the itinerant vendors enforcement of violations by the urban management,I made analysis on the reason that urban management made infringement of the itinerant vendors and combined with realistic analysis of the defects of our existing relief system.At last, I raised our vendors relief measures to improve the rights of itinerant vendors.
