Research On The X Area Caused By The Vendors Strong-arming The Flow Of The Urban Management Enforcement Problems

Along with the continuous development of city urbanization,city of labor agglomeration effect,a large number of rural surplus labor poured into the city,but due to their own conditions and so on,these people are difficult to enter the formal employment,so "less investment,low cost,quick flow Shetan business activity has become the choice of many people.The emergence of mobile vendors reduced the number of poor people in a certain extent,an increase of some low-income populations,but also brings convenience to the residents living part of the city,but the city environment,commercial order,food safety,traffic,intellectual property protection has caused a considerable negative impact.Therefore,how to strengthen the management of mobile vendors,become all levels of urban management and law enforcement authorities are very concerned about the issue.Main research results at home and abroad in this paper,through the mobile vendors governance of relevant theories and sum up method has carried on the classification,analyzes the factors affecting tranter conflict with the urban management and expounds the mobile vendors governance countermeasure.Flow in this paper,based on the X area vendors governance reality,using the method of case analysis in the current flow of vendor management exist all sorts of difficulties and contradictions,according to the calendar year the urban management enforcement case statistical analysis and using the game theory model reveals management problems that exist in the urban management enforcement,and analysis the urban management enforcement difficulties caused by the traders.Should we change the idea of urban management,establish people-oriented,respect people’s basic right to subsistence,and strive to build a service-oriented government.We will work with other government departments,including civil administration and law,to solve this problem.Finally,the article tries to reduce the conflict between urban management and hawker,and puts forward some countermeasures.
