In China the itinerant vendors have a long history. Since 1998 after layoffs or buyouts to workers, peasants, migrants have been added to groups of street vendors,although the industry to a certain extent, can increase their incomes,improving the employment situation, but the living conditions of this group is still not optimistic.To provide reasonable solutions, within her ability, the writer has read a great deal of domestic and foreign studies on itinerant vendors for reference, and has completed comparisons and summaries. This article starts from itinerant vendors’ livelihood to administrative solutions and takes B university(Lanzhou) as a case study,involving 100 sample itinerant vendors.And further empirical studies on their livelihood status and encountered troubles have been done.Eventually the writer analyses related elements that impede the itinerant vendors’ improvement and influence the administrative actions, involving both the itinerant vendors and administrative departments. And this article also provide suggestions and solutions for the government, the itinerant vendors and consumers. |
