The Research Of China’s Rural Petition Work Under The Vision Of Social Safety Valve Theory

In recent years, as the adjustment of interest pattern in country, kinds of contradictions are becoming obvious, with many new circumstances, problems and features. And this situation has caused a series matters of people complaint letters and visits, which directly affects stability of country and persistent healthy development of economy and society. Therefore, to objectively analyze the characteristics, causation of country complaint letters and visits, to solve it by scientific methods, relate to the development and stability of country and requirement for promoting harmonious society. By analyzing and summing up the situation of country complaint letters and visits, this article takes country complaint letters and visits in Yuxi Town, ShaoYang City, HuNan Province as an example, doing research on our country complaint letters and visits in the vision of social safety valve.Paper includes four parts:the first part of thesis mainly analyzes the research background and significance, theoretical basis, research methods and conditions.
