With the speeding development of economy, the increasing development ofeconomy needs new resources to enrich its huge market, and the person’s spiritualcivilization requirement also increasingly expands. Red culture is a special culturalresource which leads the people in a war and formed a set of the red revolutionary site,red literature and art, red tourism, red education through the arduous struggle. It existsin rich resources such as jinggang spirit, yanan spirit, the spirit of the long march,revolution poetry, revolution literature, glorious traditions, revolution site, red building,revolutionary songs. In today’s extremely developed material civilization, the redculture has been pushed to the points on the mouth, then the nation blows the red tide.With the development of cultural industry of the red, red culture is a unique way of theChinese nation standing on the earth.Be regarded as "out of date" by a lot of people, red culture sweeps as wave acrossthe whole nation at this time. The emergence of it has any meaning, it how to developin the market economy, it how to pass on sustainable? These are very importantquestions, worthing us thinking deeply. This article combes the red culture theoryconnotation in today’s market economy development, and combines the moderneconomics theory with cultural inheritance theory fro practical analysis, then refinesanalysis of red culture’s sustainable development path. The conclusion is that science isinvolved in the market economy system without the red culture losting its essence at thesame time, and then benefit all the people, making the red culture send out a moredazzling rays of light. There are five findings in this paper: firstly, to analyse the redculture, and redefine the connotation and features of red culture according to thedevelopment of The Times. Secondly,to analyse and emphasize the red cultural heritageeconomic values to lay the theoretical foundation of the red culture dissemination way.Thirdly, to calculate the red culture stage of development from the positive and negativeaspects by collecting and researching red cultural development in present situation.Fourthly, to find a positive and effective new way of red culture in the current situation.Then the Final conclusion is that the market economic theory can be effectively used inthe red cultural heritage through the government leading, stable market competitionorder, scientific planned red resources.
