Currently, World economic system is changing form the type of division and exchange between the country and country to a new age, which focus on the division and exchange internal and between the companies. Multi-nation operation is becoming the major method for various countries by using their own comparative advantage, gain the most favorable international division, and seek best development; to get involved in the world economic system. Companies need to adequate recognized the importance and necessary of multi-nation operation, Expand international exchange and cooperation, make a better use of international, domestic market and resource. Improve the efficiency and benefit of the business at the international level. This article recommends the rise and develop of international company, argue the importance of culture in a multi-nation operating business, described the importance of preparation for cross culture problems from the vive of philosophy of the corporate culture, communication and management.Globalization makes the workforce and knowledge have more mobility between nations, and make companies' culture have more difference and pluralism at the same time. For international company, the problem is not only the difference between cultures, how to adapt the difference and then merge them is more important. Therefore, to operating a successful multi-nation business, not just need to consider the products, market and technique, how to deal the difference between cultures also should be concerned. On the basis of analyzing main difference between Chinese and Western culture. By using some examples, this article discusses how to solve the conflicts cause by people form different background when they are working together; Point out merge is the most efficiency, and reasonable way for international company to solve their cultures problems.This article will briefly describe the differences and conflicts between cultures at first, base on that to point out the major risks may occur when operating multi-nation business.
