Existing Problems And Perfection Of Food Safety Supervision Information Publicity System

Food safety relate to public health directly. In recent years, food anddrug supervision departments have innovated food safety systems. Theyimplemented food safety supervision information publicity system in cateringservice. Through the system, they make public the administrative inspectionresult. The system has been proved to be the effective measure to improve theability of supervision, promote the government information publicity, andfacilitate enterprises’ self-discipline.This paper points out main problems of the system through practice. Forexample, the legal attribute is unclear, the legal provisions are insufficient,the procedures are not strict, the remedy methods are deficient, theadministrative discretion is improper. Aim at all these problems, this paperfirst defines the legal attribute of the system, then carries out the legality and rationality review on the system. On the basis of all these work, a further stepis taken to build legal system, regulate procedures and dredge legal relief way,so as to improve the food safety supervision information publicity system.
