The use of trademarks is an important way to deal with intangible assets, whichcan promote the countries’ or the regions’ economy. Located in the northwest ofGuizhou Province, Jinsha county’s east is Zunyi, south Guiyang, north Chengdu andwest Bijie. It belongs to three economic zone, namely central economic zone ofGuizhou Province, Chengdu-chongqing economic zone and Pan-pearl river deltaeconomic zone. And Jinsha county is one of the top100counties of western area ofChina with strong economic power in Guizhou Province. Recently, due to the advantagein location, Jinsha county develops in a strong momentum. It not only brings ininvestment, but also sets up high-tech industrial park and is in the top rank of the useand protection of trademarks. This paper is about the investigation and research of theuse of trademarks in Jisha County. We’ll draw experience from the research in order toimprove the regulation of trademarks using in Jinsha county.There are five parts in this paper. The first part is the situation of the band using inJinsha. Based on the investigation, we’ll learn about the policy orientation and the basicsituation of the trademarks using in that county. This part will be a start point of thefollowing parts. laying a foundation for the following analysis.The second part,based on the statistics of investigation, uses interdisciplinaryresearch method and SWOT to explain the economic effect generated by the trademarksusing in Jinsha. This part includes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities andthreats both internal and external. All the analysis are based on real situation.The third section provides analysis of the data collected. In order to explore theattention that middle-sized companies paid to the trademarks and the influenceobjectively and scientifically, this paper adopts FCEM in the performance analysis totest the use of the Jinsha enterprises’ trademarks and generalizes the developmenttendency of the use of trademarks in the middle-sized enterprises.Investigation shows that the application of the trademarks in counties faceslimitations of both tradition and reality and there is significant difference between theeastern and western regions. Based on the analysis above, in the fourth part, there is adetailed classification and description of the problems in the use of trademarks, this partalso focuses on the cause of these problems. In the final section, it is a conclusion of the above parts, and through analyzing thestrategies of the Jinsha enterprises’ use of trademarks, some suggestions will beprovided. The use of trademarks plays an essential role in economic development ofcounty, thus the construction of the county economy should focus on the comprehensiveapplication of trademarks instead of the promotion of a single field or specific industries.This part explores promotion ways of trademarks’ use systems and presents a blueprintof trademarks strategy in county. This paper researches on the current situation of theuse of trademarks in Jinsha county based on a new perspective and detailed analysis andapplies multi-subject knowledge to ensure the scientific and reasonable of the result.According to the suggestions mentioned, this paper aims to provide reference to thedevelopment of the trademarks’ use in counties of China.
