On the impact of green trade barriers, China’s export productsdue to reach some developed countries environmental technical requirements were forcedto withdraw from the market, even some domestic enterprises to meet the standards becauseof the increase of production cost and the loss of competitiveness, at the same time, ourcountry on the import of low standard, low requirements resulted in some countries of theinferior products inflow, to our country environment and people’s health to bring seriousharm and potential threat.In the nineteen eighties the emergence of green barriers to the nineteen ninties ispreliminary form, the green trade barrier has been the attention of the world, internationallaw as the green barrier the legal basis on international, now has a large number of relatedto protect environment and promote trade and international treaties, with" Rio","twenty-first Century" and agenda the Johannesburg conference through the"implementation plan"," Declaration" and WTO as the representative, the country betweenenvironment and trade conflicts provides legal support. In addition to our" environmentalprotection law" has also developed a variety of green barriers to trade laws and regulations,but these treaties and policy research and there is not enough, China as the world’s largestdeveloping countries also have been affected by this barrier puzzle.This paper from the perspective of environmental protection of the green trade barriersin international trade the problem undertakes study, divided into five sections:The first chapter is introduction in this part mainly introduces the research background,research status and research significance.The second chapter from the green trade protectionism concept, green trade barriers onsummary analysis to its concept, characteristics, causes, manifestations were analyzed anddiscussed and pointed out that the green trade barriers impact on our import and export.The third chapter mainly elaborates on the green trade barrier on international treatiesand the main developed countries in the world of the green barriers related laws andregulations, to analyze and draw lessons from foreign advanced experience for the improvement of Chinas legal system foundation.Fourth chapter mainly elaborated our country current legislation on green barrier.The fifth chapter explores the perfection of China s green trade barriers is necessary, inview of our country’s legislation situation and put forward some constructive suggestions,and strive to improve.The epilogue summarizes the main content of the thesis and its deficiencies, hope canhelp to improve China s green trade barrier legal system framework.
