"Typical Unit" Worker’s Congress System Logic Function Change

This paper attempts to study adopts qualitative, based on a case of Northweststate-owned enterprises ("typical unit") of the on-the-spot investigation, on the basisof first-hand information, from the sociological perspective of new institutionalismdescribes the Congress and function changes, analyses the influence of system logicfunction changes of the congress.This study is divided into six chapters, the first chapter puts forward the researchproblem, purpose and significance, and summarizes the analysis of a large number ofscholars at home and abroad on the Congress policy, after finishing their data aredivided into three types, namely, interest coordination theory, right relationship theory,state control on three angle, and gives a review of.
