The unit-type community is a continuation of the unit system community in the planned economy period of China.In the process of implementing the community governance,the unit-type community has not fully realized the socialization,and the subordinate units are still in a strong position in the community governance.With the welfare housing distribution system and the collapse of the housing commercialization,the units inside the unit type community population gradually increased,leading to the unit type community residents of the structure is more complex,the resulting a series of problems,one of the important question is unit worker community endowment service needs of the elderly can not be supported.Taking the family department of L University as the research object,this paper makes an in-depth study on the old-age care service of non-unit workers in the unit community.In the research process,based on the hierarchy of needs theory and social support theory,this paper uses questionnaire survey method,observation and interview method to make an in-depth investigation and analysis of the basic situation of the elderly in the community of L University,the demand for old-age care services and the supply of old-age care services in the community.Found non L university community care for the elderly in the daily life of employees,medical services,cultural entertainment service requirements are not met,the community endowment service is basically a blank,look up the root of the problem was with the absence of community organizations,the relevant units and no pension service by the administrative departments of responsibility,The limited service areas of these management institutions can not be radiated to the residents of non-unit workers,and the elderly group of non-unit workers can not get any support from the community for their elderly care services.The problem of the elderly care service of non-unit workers in unit community is a common problem,and the study of this problem can provide feasible plans and references for relevant research.Based on the above situation,based on the social work base,the author conducted an intervention study on the elderly care service problems faced by non-unit workers in L University community,including linking the unit management organization and the neighborhood community,and discussing the specific plan of introducing the community management organization into L community.Try to introduce market-oriented service institutions into the Family College of L University to carry out targeted service projects;Relies on the retirement work office to carry out social work services for the elderly,and promote the expansion of the service functions of the existing unit management agencies;we also launched group work services for the elderly with urgent needs and strong willingness to participate.It’s a difficult but continuing push.In the actual intervention process,the introduction of L University community by the community management organization is still advancing with difficulty.The introduction of market-oriented service institutions failed because of project funds and other reasons;Although there are some achievements in promoting the expansion of the service function of the existing unit management organization,there are also some problems.Basically achieved the group work set goals. |
