Research Of Li Da And Marxism Legal Science Adapting In China

Marxist theoretical system contains a wealth of legal thoughts. Along with the processof adapting Marxism to conditions in China, Marxist Legal Ideology has also adapted inChina during the process of guiding the continuous development of China’s legaltheory-building and the practice of the rule of law. The process of Marxist law adapted inChina can be divided into four steps according to its achievements, which includes MaoZedong thoughts of law, Deng Xiaoping theory of law, the law theory of the rule of law,the legal concept of the socialist concept of rule of law. Li Da’s explore of the Marxistlaw has mainly focused on the formative step of Mao Zedong thought of law. This step isthe early dissemination and important time of Marxist law in China.Li Da is one of the irradiators and trailblazers that has disseminated Marxist in China.He is also one of the founders and early leaders of the communist party of China. He hasspent his whole life in disseminating Marxism. As we all know, Li Da has a deep andskillful research and a great influence in Marxist philosophy and political economy.However, there is few people know his contributions in Law, Sociology and Education,especially his pioneering contribution in Marxist law adapting in China.This paper has analyzed the specific practice of Li Da’s explore in Marxist law, whichmainly includes three aspects：disseminating Marxist law, creating new theory whichcombined Chinese practice and using basic theories into practical activities. On that basis,this paper has analyzed the revelation for the current time of Li Da’s explore of Marxistlaw adapting in China, which includes three aspects: adhere to take Marxist historicalmaterialism as the guidance thoughts, adhere to connect the basic principles of Marxismwith Chinese current situations, adhere to connect the practice of Marxist Law with thepractice of the Chinese law theory. Finally, this paper has analyzed the historical role of Li Da in the process of Marxist law adapting in China which is based on the historicalbackground.
