Since the reform and opening up,drug addicts grow with each passing day.The medicine hasnot found a total abstinence from physical and psychological addiction treatment options.Causedby the drug crime affected economic activities carried out in an orderly manner and the peoplehappy and stable life.Since2008, China has carried out the "anti drug law","drug regulations," the judicialadministrative organ compulsory isolation detoxification work regulations ", the compulsorydetoxification and rehabilitation through labor into traditional compulsory isolationdetoxification.But in the implementation of compulsory isolation detoxification system,compulsory isolation detoxification personnel rights and interests are infringed upon.This article by the author in the compulsory isolation detoxification by years of practice andlaw enforcement cases as the basis, according to China’s anti drug and drug laws and regulations,make a careful and detailed analysis, to explore the survival rights, personal rights of personality,the right to education, the compulsory isolation detoxification personnel political rights, socialsecurity rights five aspects rights damaged condition, and find by hard and thorough search fourreasons:the traditional concept of the system, the imperfect legal system, lack of supervision, thenegative impact of economic factors.Therefore, the author put forward from three aspects toperfect the compulsory isolation detoxification personnel guarantee human rights: to perfect thelegal system of compulsory isolation detoxification addicts, ensure the right relief channels,procuratorial supervision and social supervision in place; improve the law enforcement ranks thecompulsory isolation centers; perfect the compulsory isolation detoxification personnel laborrights protection.
