The Development Of Sports Detoxification Model In Guangdong Province Under The Compulsory Isolation Detoxification System Research On The Optimization Path Of Collaborative Governance

Drugs are a major public hazard in human society,seriously endangering human health and economic and social development.The drug problem is related to the rise and fall of a nation.At present,my country’s drug rehabilitation activities have entered the stage of standardization and legalization.Sports drug rehabilitation is a new therapy for drug addiction treatment using sports activities.It has been applied in the field of compulsory isolation drug rehabilitation.However,the exercise detoxification model still faces many problems in practice,resulting in a gap between the actual effect and the expected effect in the process of exercise detoxification.Therefore,this study takes the exercise detoxification model in Guangdong Province as the research object,and uses the literature research method,participant observation method,comparative analysis method,mathematical statistics method and interview method to analyze the current situation of the exercise detoxification mode in Guangdong Province.The detoxification modes are classified and compared to find out a relatively better mode of exercise detoxification.Then,based on the perspective of collaborative governance,the current problems and causes of the sports detoxification model in Guangdong Province are analyzed.The problems are summarized as follows: insufficient coordination among functional departments of collaborative governance,insufficient professionalization of collaborative governance subjects,single collaborative governance subject,low interaction among collaborative governance subjects,and insufficient guarantees provided by collaborative subjects.The corresponding causes are summarized as follows:insufficient attention to collaborative governance,lack of collaborative governance capabilities,lack of social support for collaborative governance,poor communication and operation mechanism for collaborative governance,and imperfect establishment of a financial guarantee mechanism for collaborative governance.Finally,based on the predicament of the collaborative governance of sports detoxification in Guangdong Province,this paper proposes a collaborative governance realization path for the optimization of the sports detoxification model in Guangdong Province: to strengthen the attention of the cooperating subjects to the work of sports detoxification,to improve the collaborative governance ability of multiple subjects,and to absorb the synergy of multiple subjects.Participate in,build the operation mechanism of collaborative governance among various subjects,and establish and improve the guarantee mechanism for the supply of sports drug rehabilitation services,aiming to improve the effectiveness of sports drug rehabilitation work in Guangdong Province,so that more drug addicts can achieve physical and mental health through sports rehabilitation,return to society,and achieve self value.
