Research On Marx’s Legal Philosophy Criticism Of Which Estranged Labor Is The Core

As one of Marx’s early important works,“Economic and Philosophical Manuscripts of1844” has been the focus of academic study, and the theory of estranged labor is the center ofattention. This paper holds that Marx’s theory ofestranged labor contains a profound thinking about critique of legal philosophy. It is from thesocial justice angle, the theory of estranged labor is a philosophical understanding of humanexistence and a kind of ultimate solicitude about the ideal future of entire human society.The article consists of six parts: the introduction mainly describes the research situation athome and abroad, as well as the practical significance of the research. The first chapter,combing the history track of the development of the idea of alienation. It is pointed out thatMarx fundamentally revealed the essence of estranged labor and accomplished a historicaltranscendence.
