The Study On Deng Xiaoping’s Livelihood Thoughts During The Dabie Mountain Base Reconstruction Period

Zhang Jingru who is a famous scholar thinks that the history of the CPC is to let people have a good life. In some sense, the90years of historyof the CPC is also to improve people’s lives. In the practice to solve the problem of livelihood, colorful thoughts have formed. Of course, Deng Xiaoping’s thoughts of people’s livelihood as important a role in it. Recently, academic study on Deng Xiaoping’s thoughts on the livelihood of people mostly focuses on the Anti-Japanese War and the new period of history after the Reform Opening-up. However, they are still weak in research the period of people’s livelihood thoughts during the liberation war of Dabie mountain base reconstruction. Dabie Mountains base reconstruction times, Deng Xiao-ping’s in for exception cruel military struggle; he is concern about base livelihood problems, aiming at the existing military disturbing. These thoughts to solve the problem of Dabie mountains base people’s livelihood problem provides extremely important guiding ideology, and strong promote the Dabie mountains base of reconstruction work.This article is composed of introduction, body and conclusion of three parts．The introduction briefly outlines the topics of academic research situation, the valueof research on the subject, research methods, illustrates the key concepts. The bodyis composed of four parts: the first part expounds the theory origin, history and reality basis formed in the period of Deng Xiaoping’s thought of Dabie mountain area reconstruction. The second part mainly from land reform, the policy adjustment of commercial and industrial, modify and make military discipline, bandits, cultural andeducational health, and several other specific combing the main content of Deng Xiaoping’s thought in this period. The third part from four aspects summarized the basic characteristics of Deng Xiaoping’s thought, believes that this time characteristicsof Deng Xiaoping’s thought on people’s livelihood in four areas: the military struggle and to resolve livelihood issues, personally for the organic unity of the work, a typical model combined with promoting, not engage in formalism but to pragmatic. The fourth part set out the practical significance of Deng Xiaoping’s thought of people’s livelihood. Conclusion section was a brief summary of the basic ideas of this article.
