| Entering the new era, there are a lot of problems regarding the organizationalcohesion of the Communist Youth League which cannot be overlooked, and thecohesion of the Communist Youth League organizations needs to be improved.Research on strengthening the cohesion of the Communist Youth Leagueorganizations has a significant and far-reaching strategic significance for theprosperity and development of the Chinese Communist Youth League.This article starts from the basic theory of the cohesion of the Communist YouthLeague organizations, summing up the four main factors which is the internalmembers， the organizational culture, the organizational system and the externalenvironment that affect the cohesion of the Communist Youth League organizations.Through the investigation of the status quo of the cohesion of the Communist YouthLeague organizations, we analyze some major issues that impact the cohesion，whichare the weak service capabilities of the Communist Youth League organizations,organizations covering a single, rigid ways of working, lack of incentives and so on.Accordingly, we put forward the "system-mode-network-mechanism"four-dimensional system to enhance cohesion of the Communist Youth Leagueorganizations.On this basis, and thus cohesion evaluation system of the Communist YouthLeague organizations were initially built. There are three levels of evaluation. Level1is comprised of the five indicators of organizational members, organizational culture,organizational system, organizational work and construction environment. First levelindicators are subdivided to secondary indicators, and level3indicators are based onthe specific characteristics of the level2indicators.Overall, this paper makes a systematic exploration and research on how toenhance the cohesion of the Communist Youth League in new era, and it also makes apreliminary exploration of the evaluation system of the cohesion of the CommunistYouth League organizations. |
