Many peoplerecognize that “Lotus Babe”、“Cyber Manhunt”、 suppression on bad opinion means thedemocratic participation and the freedom of expression, but actually, these evensdispel authority、 democracy and culture connotation.It is a transitional process for China that cyber democracy exists in society,which is the inevitable problem. Now, we have to realize the advantages anddisadvantages of network technique which would impact democracy.
