| Since the reform and opening, legal talent training has made a great progress in China.We see the“professional training and detailed trainingâ€as the main mode in legal talenttraining. The mode plays a positive and important role to meet the needs of legal talents inour country. But with the speeding up of justice, the needs for legal talents have a newchange, too, and the original mode of the legal talent training gradually shows itsdisadvantages. Traditional and closed teaching mode cannot meet the needs of the newlegal talents. There are serious deficiencies in current practice teaching, which restrict thefunction of the talent training. And the continuing education of the on-the-job personnels isignored, which makes the process of the new legal talent training become slow. Therefore,training new legal talents that are in accordance with the development of the time hasbecome the current issues.The thesis is divided into four parts except the introduction part and the conclusionpart.In the first part, it mainly summarizes the legal talent training. In this part, the authormainly introduces the basic concept and definition of legal talent training. And then thereis an introduction of the structure and characteristics of the legal talent training. In the firstpart, it focuses on the new legal talent training.The second part is mainly on the classification of the legal talent training mode. In thispart, the author introduces the traditional degree education in school, the current teachingways and three methods of continuing education. It shows that the way of legal talenttraining is changing day by day.The third part mainly analyzes the legal problems existing in the training. In this part,the author embarks from different legal talent training modes and approaches, pointing outthe problems existing in the degree education of school, the teaching practice andcontinuing education.The fourth part mainly deals with some ideas about the construction of the new legaltalent training mode. In this part, the author puts forward some suggestions on four aspectswhich are the legal thinking of legal talent training, building a new type of schooleducation, strengthening the practice teaching and paying attention to continuing education.And according to that, the author analyzes the “Outstanding legal talent training†plan andgives full affirmation of building new legal talent training mode. |
