Research On Cultivating Grass Roots Legal Talents In The Western Areas

Western region is lagging economic development in China,legal talents, which are lack of legal professionals ifrelatively developed eastern cities, and has appeared fault insome areas. To explore the reasons behind the legal professional talents of the fault, objective conditions aremost because of the natural geography and climate factors underthe joint action of western region’s economy and the slowdevelopment of education. According to the analysis of thesubjective aspects of local society of the main forces foreconomic development, to some extent neglected the education,or college for training the personnel of legal means is not inplace. Law education not sure by the society in China, thewestern region of legal talent gap can appear more difficult,but the law talents for social development and the special roleof the democratic construction shows the culture method theimportance of family life. Therefore, on the premise ofcombining with the local reality, cultivating legal talents,especially in the western region of the grass-roots legaltalent, needing to find a proper mode, this mode should beestablished on the basis of the existing system fully respectthe development law of education.This paper will be divided into five parts in the system,the concrete arrangement is as follows: introduction of culturein the western region background make necessary discussion ofthe basic legal talent.The first chapter is summary of education law, which isdivided into five parts. The first part mainly analyzes thelegal science education present situation in our country; Thesecond part analyzes the law education present situation of middle eastern developed area; The third part of paper is laweducation present situation in the western region; The fourthpart analysis the education of law and the western region ofeastern developed areas of law education; The fifth part showsthe trend of the education law in the western region.The second chapter talks about the basic legal talent andthe cultivating mode, which is divided into four parts. One isthe legal talents with the basic law talents; Second is thetheory of the legal talent training model dispute; Three is thelegal talent training model of the new definition; Four is thebasic legal talent should choose the appropriate training mode.The third chapter is the construction of the western regiongrass-roots legal talent training model, which is divided intofive parts. One is from set up the correct training concept;The second part it is to set up the characteristic discipline,to understand the special needs of minority nationalities;Three is a positive solution to deal with the relationship ofthe judicial examination and course; Four is the right view therelationship between the theory and practice; Five is thecultivation of the legal professional ethics.The last part is conclusion about the paper.
