On The Personalized Reformation Of Female Prisoners

Reforming offender is always the key work in prison, and this topic has never changed in all times. Recently, personalized reformation has become the main development trends increasingly because the differences of offender’s age, experience, educational level, thought, personality, criminal extent and dangerous degree. In view of the obvious sex character in women prisoners, the ways of reformation is different than man’s and worth studying individually. The main part of the article comprises4chapters. The first chapter investigates the existed problems of personalized reformation, which includes psychological problem, personality disorder and expected disturbance of female prisoners. The second chapter elaborates the value of the subjectivity, priority and social consensus in women offenders, from the start of the sexual particularity in female. In the chapter3, the essay finds the theory and practice basis of personalized reformation through deeply analyzes the three factors which influence reform work in prison. The forth chapter, from three sides which include labor, personalized education and psychological treatment in criminal correction, mainly expounds measure and security of personalized rehabilitation in female. In security’s aspect, the article discusses the police force, place and social support simply. The emphasis of this essay is based on the reality in prison, by the view of a police who engages in correcting the female offenders directly, analyzes the existed problems of reform work in the present prison and proposes the corresponding measures.
