Firstly, this article studied the definition of wages in China. During the inspection, the United Kingdom, Japan and Taiwan of China's definition of wages, the paper argues that China's current lack of an abstract definition of wages, only to list-style approach to the composition of wage specified in the project, it is difficult to reveal the nature of wages, and the way one hundred list a sparse density, it is impossible to exhaust the performance of the practice change in the form of wages, this article suggests, China's wage legislation, definitions and lists ways to abstract and model the combination of a clear definition of wages and the wages that the workers'legitimate rights and interests and other related rights protection to lay a foundation.Secondly, this paper studied the problem of China's minimum wage system. In this section, this article describes the minimum wage system in the foreign origin and development, and relevant ILO conventions, and this analysis of China's wage system, wage issues, such as:minimum wage and average wage compared to low percentage; around the minimum wage and social average wage compared to the proportion of high and low; minimum wage increase lower than the social rate of wage growth, and so on. Thus, this paper:the legislature to develop minimum-wage laws; to develop a reasonable minimum wage; to raise the minimum wage starting point, increase the minimum wage increase; to strengthen the supervision of the implementation of the minimum wage system; increase the employment unit to avoid minimum wage system of punishment.Finally, this article studied the wage growth mechanism in our country, this part of the mechanism first introduced the theory of wage growth, wage growth in China and then summed up the problem of the mechanism, such as:functions of the Government to promote wage growth weakened; wages growth mechanism is not perfect; not implementation of wage growth mechanism common occurrences; enforcement mechanisms are inadequate wage growth, etc.; then this article examines the foreign collective consultation system, and analysis of China's collective wage negotiations in the problems raised in the collective wage negotiations, the country should collective wage negotiation mechanism to solve gradually the existing problems in order to establish long-term healthy wage growth mechanism.
