Strengthing Research Of Construction About County-level Government’s Credibility

Government’s credibility is which the government obtains trust from the public on its own credit. It is also the most immediate embodiment of the government’s administrative capacity, and a necessary requirement of building a service-oriented government and a satisfying government. At the construction of administrative system, it plays a vital role. With the progress of society, the development of economy, and the improvement of citizen’s level of education, citizens pay more and more attention to the construction of government’s credibility. Now, our country has entered a critical period of building a well-off society in an all-round way. At this stage all governments in China pay more attention to the construction of government’s credibility. The county-level local government is an important part of the basic political power. And the county-level local government is the mainstay that provide public goods and public service, is political power organization that has closely linked to the society and specific government organization. The level of county government’s credibility will directly lead to trust and identity of all government system, and concern social stability and development. Now, at the county government, the government overly pursues local financial revenue. And there exist problems of imbalance development and shows a weakening trend at the government’s credibility, thus constructions and problems are gradually visualized, for example, the government functions is unclear, the government measures is defective, the government internal information not public, the government work efficiency is low, and corruption is not rare in society. It will have a great influence on the figure of the county government in the heart of citizens.Through the study of the credibility of the government, we can provide some suggestions and experience to local government on starting political reform. We can also standard administrative actions. And the help of making the government information is known to public. Let the citizens have more faith to their government and understand it more, too, build a stage between the two of them where they can communicate well and effectively, increase the interactive of the government and the public, make the administrative action effective.This paper is composed of four aspects.
