Voters Autonomy:Analysis Of Block Mechanism Implementation To Central Policies Of Chinese Local Government

Both the ratio of house prices to rents or the house price income ratio is far beyond the rational level, the will of the people’s consumption, income and prices index of sense of satisfaction in low history. The central government is aware of housing issues related to the beneficial to the people’s livelihood, is not only an economic problem, but seriously affect the livelihood of the people, social stability and political issues, and successively promulgated a series of real estate control policy, local governments have the execution block in the implementation of the central regulation of real estate policy, mainly cognitive defects the local government to the central policies and thus distort the implementation of central policies, communication and coordination between the executive body of the poor, the interests of the game of tug of war, the central and local governments.
