The Study On How To Improve The Quality Of Migrant Workers Under The Working Class Advancement Perspective

Since the reform and opening up, steady development of the Chineseeconomy and amid continuous progress of the society has been playing importantrole in the national construction. Nowadays, China is in the key period when theeconomy and society are developing rapidly and the social transformation isaccelerated, and it’s a stage where Chinese people are building a moderatelyprosperous society in all respects. As a huge, special and important group,migrant workers have shown their importance in economic and social life.Migrant workers are being increasingly a important part of the working class, sostudy how to develop and improve the quality of migrant workers is related to theadvancement construction of the working class and the party. There are a seriesof problems from migrant workers themselves, therefore, studying the currentstatus of migrant workers under the context and finding out the countermeasures,are an important aspect for the study which is about the advancementconstruction of the working class. And it is also a significant issue for the partyhow to keep and enhance the advance. Pay attention to the issue of migrantworkers and improve the quality of them are the necessary demand of the socialdevelopment, but also required the effort of all sectors together.First, this paper gives the definition: the advancement of the working classand migrant workers, elaborating the concept of migrant workers, their historyand characteristic, then analysis the relationship between improving the qualityof migrant workers and keeping the advancement of the working class. Second,the questionnaire survey is aimed at the quality status of migrant workers, bycomparing with the foreign worker, which was based on the cause and the negative effect, the writer illustrate the necessary of improving the quality ofmigrant workers. At last, some suggestions on how to realize it under theadvancement perspective are offered. Through the study,the writer hope that itcan offer some reference and enlightenment for improving the quality ofcontemporary migrant workers,thus to maintain and develop the advancement ofthe working class and strengthen the Party’s leadership.
