Research On Improving The Quality Of Urban Community Service For Migrant Workers

The need of China’s reform and opening up and social and economic development,as well as the current level of industrialization and urbanization in China and citizenization of farmers,more and more farmers are leaving rural areas and flowing to cities in search of non-agricultural employment and development opportunities.And gradually formed a new group of migrant workers.With the continuous growth of migrant workers,it provides a strong driving force for China’s regional economic development and urban development,and makes a great contribution to China’s modernization.The 19th CPC national congress proposed to effectively protect the rights and interests of migrant workers and constantly improve the whole society’s governance system and governance capacity for migrant workers.It can be seen that how to effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of migrant workers at present and in the future and provide them with targeted services in line with their own interest demands is a core issue concerned by the theoretical and practical circles.As the basic unit of migrant workers’ life and work,communities in cities directly contact migrant workers and cities.Therefore,the paper will take migrant worker community service as the starting point to study.The group of migrant workers in G community of tianhe district of guangzhou was selected as a typical research sample.Through the analysis of this group in the access to urban services and constraints,analyze the impact of migrant workers in the community service of the key factors.In this article,through analysis of guangzhou tianhe G migrant community service problems and the countermeasures it has both theory and practice research value:first,from the theoretical value of the perspective view,through the system analysis of guangzhou city community service present situation and the problems of migrant workers,and put forward corresponding Suggestions,to further enrich the community services related theory connotation and denotation,and further enhance the public management theory about migrant workers in social welfare related theory of effectiveness and pertinence.Secondly,from the perspective of practical value,the relevant countermeasures and Suggestions to improve the services of migrant workers in urban community proposed in this paper can further enhance the effectiveness and pertinence level of the grassroots social governance in guangzhou.It provides reference for the local government to establish the medium-and long-term social security service system for migrant workers.In order to clearly extract the main defects existing in the community service of migrant workers in G community of tianhe district,guangzhou city,and build a strategic system to strengthen the service quality and benefit based on this foundation.This research adopts the critical analysis method,questionnaire research method and inductive deductive method to extract the existing main problems and the strategy system.The core research structure of this paper is as follows:firstly,the background,significance and current status of this study are summarized,and the reasons for selecting this subject are analyzed.Secondly,the main concepts involved in this study and the main theories supporting this study are summarized.Thirdly,analyze the current situation of community service for migrant workers in guangzhou in recent years,mainly analyzing the basic situation of migrant workers in guangzhou,the current situation of community service for migrant workers in G community,the type of community service for migrant workers in G community and the relationship between community service and social integration of migrant workers.Fourthly,it analyzes the existing problems and causes of the community service of migrant workers in G community of tianhe district,guangzhou city,and starts from the aspects of specialization degree,laws and regulations,service supply,service concept,organization setting,migrant workers themselves and social organization.Fifth,on the basis of the above analysis,the paper studies the strategies to solve the urban community service problem of migrant workers.Compared with the previous related research,the innovation of this article is mainly reflected:first,based on research sphere of public goods theory to analysis of the related problems of rural migrant workers in community service,and service-oriented principles,service purpose,service list names,service platform,service standards and cost,appeal,volunteer service,accident dimensions such as accountability to system analysis of the problems generated by the key causes.Secondly,based on the data obtained from the questionnaire survey,this paper makes a targeted analysis of the current status of the rural migrant workers’ community service,adheres to the analysis concept from general to special,and conducts a targeted study by combining charts and data,thus enhancing the persuasive power and pertinence of this study.
