Studing On The Relationship Between The Rural Social Management And Villagers’ Autonomy

The CPC central committee put forward the new claims that to strengthening and innovating social management, demand the whole society take the way of innovation of social management effectively.The rural social management as a management an important part of society, must be sufficient attention.When the government management level further, it will inevitably to the rural areas, this is bound to produce cross and overlap with the original villager autonomy system.Villagers’ autonomy as a grass-roots self-government system mass is an important part in our country, it plays as a very important role to promote the development of China’s rural society, it is regulated by law, and has a unshakable status.So When the rural social management and the villagers’ autonomy collide each other, how to handle the relationship between them correctly is particularly important.To explore the effective connection and benign interaction construction of rural social management and villagers’ autonomy is the guidance of this article, and to analyze the relationship between the rural social management and villagers’ autonomy, and to compare each other,then reach the similarities and differences between them, to discuss the necessities and principles that how to handle the relationships between them correctly, then put forward in dealing with both relations should stick to the principles that the intervention of the government management cannot infringe the villager autonomy, exercise the villagers autonomy does not exclude administrative power intervention and insist on the principle of government management and villagers autonomy benign interaction, etc. Combining the investigation and research in the field at the same time, to evaluate in positive and negative two aspects in terms of handling relationship between strengthen rural social management and innovation with villagers’ autonomy in different areas, then give the advice of correctly handling the relationship between them, put forward to starting from the perfect law, the innovation system mechanism and the working way of perspective, limited administration so as to realize the rural social management and the effective connection of villagers’ autonomy and the benign interaction.
