Comment On Liang Qichao’s Thought Of Constitutionalism

Liang qichao is not only a modern famous political scientists, but also aconstitutional authority theoretician in our country. He is the person who attains thegreatest achievements on constitutional ideas, and his constitutional theory is researchedby many later scholars. In this paper the main content of Liang qichao’s constitutionalideas is summed up: the establishment of constitutional government in creating thenational basic law-the constitution as the premise, with develop "innovating people" asthe basis, the establishment of the state government to realize the path to form two courtsystem congress and the two-party system for the construction of the party’s cabinetmodel.
