The Research Of County-level Government Logistics Management

With the establishment and improvement of the socialist market economicsystem, the reform of China’s political, economic, cultural and social continue todeepen. The function of organ logistics, management tools, service mechanism,running and working environment has changed greatly, which proposed newrequirements of the management of organ logistics, urgently requiring our deep studyof the emergence of new problems in the management of government logistics.County-level government agencies in our government system are characterized by thelarge number and the wide area, playing an important role in ensuring the smoothconduct of the activities of the functions of government agencies. Therefore, deepstudy of the problems of logistics management of the county-level governmentauthorities in the new situation and improvement of the services, quality andefficiency of logistics management plays an important role in guiding the practice oflogistics for government agencies, improving administrative efficiency, and buildinga harmonious organs and promoting the development of the socialist market economy.The logistics management of the county-level government authorities werediscussed in this paper through the following aspects. First, the basic meaning ofcounty government, government agencies, logistics management and logisticssocialization were defined. The basic content, the basic characteristics and theimportance of the management of the county-level government agencies were alsodiscussed. Second, a systematic analysis of the problems and their reasons of thelogistics management of county-level government authorities in our country werediscussed. In this paper, we took XX County logistical management as an example,pointing out the problems of logistics management of the county-level governmentagencies in details, and analysing the deep-seated reasons that produce these problems.Finally, through the analysis of these problems, we put forward the feasible countermeasures to promote the development of the logistics management of thecounty-level government authorities based on the realities of the logistical of thecounty-level government authorities.
