Investigation On The Status Quo Of Digital Archives Management Of County-level Agencies In Heilongjiang Province

With the extensive and in-depth development of grassroots archives in China,the construction of digital archives has become increasingly urgent and has become an important target of archives work in all levels of government departments.Traditional archive construction focuses on archive preservation and arrangement,while digital archive,a new type of carrier,focuses on the use of archive data platform,as well as the subsequent utilization and service of archives.At present,archivists have many opinions on the construction of digital archives and rich research results,but many county-level government departments still face a series of problems and challenges in the actual promotion of digital archives.This paper takes the county government of heilongjiang province as the research scope.Firstly,starting from the national system and related theories,this paper discusses the theoretical basis of government digital archives management.Then,I will investigate the status quo of digital archives management of county governments in Heilongjiang province,and fully grasp the basic situation of digital archives management,technology application,and utilization of archival information.Finally,the system focuses on countermeasures for the government at the county level digital archives management,the government digital archives management system construction as the benchmark,digital archives management platform construction for architecture,strengthening the government at the county level digital archives service as the goal,expect from the Angle of theory and practice to ensure based using digital archive,promote the archives information service,realize resources sharing.
