Research On Upgrading The Public Trust Of Chineses County Government

County is the basic regional regime setting of our government which plays animportant role as connecting link and maintain close ties with the masses. Countygovernment is a special and important administrative level in our country governmentorganization system. In this paper we are based on the narrow sense of countygovernment not including legislative and judicial organs of county level.The government credibility refers to the mutual trust between government andthe public, which is one of the key problems of political legitimacy. Credibility is thepeople’s evaluation on the government and its service personnel’s administrativebehavior reflecting the public’s the satisfaction and trust of the government. Thepublic trust of government is higher, and the government’s credibility is stronger. Thepublic trust of government is lower, the government’s credibility is weaker, and morewilling to carry out government’s policies, otherwise it will widen the distancebetween the government and the people, and mistrust degree between the governmentand the people will increase, doing harm to the implementation of the party’s line,principles and policies. The government and its staffs’ specific administrative acthave important relations with the credit resources of the government. The governmentcredibility as an objective existence and intangible political resources is in the coreposition of the social credit system. Therefore, the government credibilityconstruction and research is of great theoretical and practical significance.This paper is divided into four parts, the first part mainly talk s about the researchbackground and meaning, home and broad research summary and innovation points;the second part analyses the evaluation standard of the government credibilit y,explains the characteristics of the government credibility, introduces the main valueand theoretical basis of the government credibility, which is based on the concept ofgovernment credibility. The third part discuss our the government credibilityweakening performance, negative effect and the cause in our country, and the actualcase is quoted to analysis them; The fourth part, according to the reasons for theweakening of the credibility of our government and combining with China’s countygovernment’s situation, countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward to upgradeour county government credibility. At last, conclusions are concluded and lookinginto the future of government credibility construction research.
