Originate from the United States, TV shopping was introduced to China in1993and settled down in the Pearl River Delta region. After20years development, its unique marketing mode has gradually been accepted by people. However, the development of TV shopping is hardly plain sailing. TV shopping industry in improving slowly under the intervention of the government and industry organization. However, there are still some problems in the regulatory constraints in China, therefore the phenomenon of false information still exists. Here remains a concern about how to effectively carry on the regulation to ensure that consumers’legal rights and interests shall not be violated while promoting the development of TV shopping industry.This paper consists of three parts except the introduction and conclusion,:The first part, through the use of case analysis method reveals that China’s TV shopping false information exist in various forms, points out that TV shopping false information exists only to consumer rights and interests cause serious damage, but also destroys the television shopping industry reputation, to the development of the industry made a serious obstacle.The second part, reviewed our country the television shopping industry development in the regulatory process, with the TV shopping development is relatively mature state in the regulatory aspects of comparative analysis, pointed out that our country in the TV shopping false information supervision and protect the interests of consumers are not enough, need in the legal construction and supervision measures to gradually improve and perfect.The third part, according to our country in the TV shopping false information supervision problems and scholars put forward the improvement measures, based on the actual situation in our country, targeted by perfect legal system construction, establishing supervision system and supervision principle, tries to establish three-dimensional, all-round supervision and guarantee system, effective to strengthen TV shopping industry regulation, reduce the false information to consumer harm.The innovation of this article is that:by using the method of comparative analysis of the academia to the TV shopping supervision theory, pointed out that China’s TV shopping regulators need to set out from our country actual condition, we cannot blindly copy foreign practices, based on the existing regulatory measures to improve, in order to build and adapt to China’s situation is consistent with the legal supervision system. The shortage of this article is to our country in the TV shopping false information regulatory measures analysis of deficiencies, is not very comprehensive, because the author knowledge is limited, the views on some issues there may be inadequate.
