In this part, the goal ofstrategy can be divided into three levels. That is the initial target, the medium-termobjectives and long-term goals.The third part summarizes the main measures of strategy. In order to promoterural reform and development, increase the interaction of urban-rural economic andsocial development, the strategy have specific measure to realize integration ofurban-rural areas. This thesis focuses on expounding coordination of land using andurban-rural planning, coordination of urban-rural industrial development, coordinationof urban-rural infrastructure construction and public service, coordination ofurban-rural employment these four measures.The fourth part analyzes mainly the four characteristics of strategy, the fourcharacteristics include the comprehensiveness of strategy content, the continuity ofstrategy implementation, the pragmatic of strategy measures.The fifth part summarizes the key effect of the strategy, on this base, look into thefuture of strategy innovation simultaneously.Conclusion summarizes the full text, emphasis the action of strategy on promotingthe coordinated development of urban-rural areas.
