Research On Legislation Of Geological Disasters In Southern Shanxi

Human historty against all kinds of disaters especially geological disasters like Mudslides, Landslides, Collapse, Ground subsidence, Soil erosion, and Earthquake is a very important part in our history of civilization.The method we deal with these disasters became more and more mature after we experienced the Tangshan earthquake in1976Wenchuan earthquake in2008and Mudslides in Zhouqu in2010.For minimizing the loss in disasters we should create a series of juridical mechanisms.Capter1, overview of south Shanxi geological dissasters, In Section1, discussing the concept of geological disasters, In Section2, discussing the necessity of legal disasters prevention mechanisms. Outline the history of Society, Economy and nature disasters of south Shanxi.Capter2, current situation and problems exsiting in disasters prevention mechanisms in south Shanxi. In Section I, achievements of leagal disasters prevention mechanisms in south Shanxi. In Section2, discussing the specific problems exsiting in the establishing of leagal disasters prevention mechanisms. like Post-disaster, resettlement issues, security of Relief supplies issues, Response to possible psychological problems of victims.Capter3, the successful experience in the prevention of geological disasters at home and abroad.
