The timeliness of emergency management is in inverse proportion to the losses caused by natural disasters, and the research level of emergency management is closely related to the research level of natural disaster area and the emergency management system.Shaanxi province is located in the Midwest of China, complicated geology and geomorphology, affected by extreme weather, earthquakes and cut slopes, loading, irrigation leakage, such as mining engineering, improper economic activities and other factors each year, different sizes and different types of geological disasters, the province has occurred. Since the founding of the PRC, the cumulative occurrence of geological disasters in Shaanxi Province, more than 1.8 cases, of which 310 casualties caused by geological disasters, resulting in more than 1.3 people were killed or missing, direct economic losses of 1 billion 930 million yuan. Frequent geological disasters not only threaten people’s lives and property safety, but also more and more seriously restrict the economic development of the province.Based on the comparison of domestic and foreign natural disaster emergency management experience, in-depth analysis of the existing situation of our province geological disaster and emergency management deficiencies and weaknesses, put forward the construction of geological disaster emergency management legal system, emergency management system, technical support system and emergency response system construction countermeasures. |
