Government Response Force Study Based On The Migrant Workers’ Demands

Abstract:The number of China’s migrant workers migrant workers in2011was158million people, the future development of China depends largely on the future direction of this part of the people and their demands can be satisfied. Therefore, in order to implement and maintain social stability, we need the local governments to establish a scientific concept. Don’ cover up the contradictions, whitewash, also not turn a blind eye to social instability factors, and we comply with the time request, and strengthen the recognition and protection of citizens’ rights,and improve the quality of peasant workers’ right to appeal to feedback and response speed, smooth channels of interests expression, and make broad damaged to save and protect the interests of the migrant workers. This is the need of economic and social development, and democratic political construction requirements.Because of this, this paper, based on the perspective of migrant workers demand, using the method of literature research, field research, research the response force on the value of service-oriented government construction, and investigate the "government response force" present situation in view of the "research field of migrant workers, and discusses how to on the basis of the analysis of the integrated use of various means, and promote the government response to demands for migrant workers, and build national governance implementation "consultation democracy" to provide beneficial reference to construct a socialist harmonious society.Through research, this paper argues that:(1) the essence of "government response force" is by no means a simple and effective technical feedback ability or micro level of positive attitude to the public, or as some scholars believe that the concept of "service oriented", from a deeper level, it essentially embodies a new kind of "democracy" governance concept.(2) The evaluation indicators of the government’s response ability can be divided into "individual moral project" and "overall policy" for two levels.(3) The government response to the plight of the force, both from the government’s own factors, there are factors from the public.(4) Modern migrant workers interests mainly have five aspects, the elements of feature presents three aspects of change.(5) Through the study about Hunan province——the main rural migrant workers output range on county, find that the status responded to the rural migrant workers by the government have been mixed.(6) Enhance government’s countermeasures responded to force migrant workers. Mainly includes:(1) the shaping government actively response to the idea;(2) strengthening the government’s response to the system construction;(3) increase resource input to the response of the government;(4) simplify the government response to the administrative procedure;(5) improve the government response to the technical conditions, etc.
