| Nowadays is considered as the blooming period of new media. Micro-blog, as one of the most important and indispensable parts, is being widely used in all aspects of society. As pointed out by the CYL Central Committee in17th CPC National Congress, it is necessary to make full use of new media, making it guide for the teenagers and to take the priority morally on internet. It fully illustrated the necessity and importance of applying new media to help with the CYL work.At present, there has been a scientific mode regarding the use of Micro-blog among the organization of Dalian CYL. However, new types of media are rapidly emerging, which is bringing challenges. Therefore, it’s urgently needed for the League Organization to make changes, improve the public service abilities, and expand new methods to work. Meanwhile, it’s necessary to bridge the traditional media with the new media, creating new platforms for the work of Youth League and strengthen the education and training of the use of new media.Based on the current situation of the Micro-blog, and the use of it by Dalian CYL, this paper is to discuss and explore new ways to enhance the use of documentation, demonstration, questionnaire, comparison and combining theories and practice. Taking Dalian CYL as example, it mainly aims at studying the shock and challenges brought by the transmission of Micro-blog, giving research to the thoughts aroused by creating new working modes with the help of Micro-blog. By analyzing and arranging the survey data to find out the existing problems, taking the use of Micro-blog as a breakthrough point for making new platforms in work of Dalian CYL system, the paper is to enable us to obtain an objective, reasonable, overall and scientific realization to the current status, and most importantly, providing us with evidences to boost the creative development of all CYL work. |
