Application Of New Media In The Work Of The Communist Youth League In YingKou City

In the new era of rapid development of economy,science and technology,new media,as a new form of media communication,has exerted great influence on many fields such as economy,society,culture and life with its own characteristics of interactivity and timeliness.Young people have stronger ability to contact with new things and are affected more extensively and deeply.The CYL is entrusted with the glorious mission of guiding and serving young people.It must adjust its pace and actively enter the new media era in order to better play its functional role and guide,serve and unite young people more effectively.This paper takes the current application situation of the new media of the CYL at prefecture and city level as the research object,analyzes the existing problems and reasons,and puts forward concrete and feasible countermeasures and suggestions.The full text is divided into four parts.The introduction part of the first chapter mainly includes proposing the research background and significance,summarizing the research literature on the keywords " new media" and " the work of the CYL",defining the core concepts,and finally proposing the research contents,methods and technical route.The second chapter specifically discusses the current application situation,types and characteristics of the new media in YingKou city and its grassroots communist youth league work.At the same time,interviews and investigations are conducted to gradually analyze the potential problems in the application process.The third chapter analyzes the problems and causes of YingKou CYL's new media application,mainly including the cognitive deviation of the new media's propaganda concept,the lack of professional ability of employees,the traditional and single content of the new media,the lack of audience segmentation and feedback statistics in the application of the new media,etc.In the fourth chapter,through the specific analysis of the problems and causes,the countermeasures of the new media work in YingKou CYL work are obtained,which are mainly elaborated from four aspects: realizing the organic integration of the new media function and YingKou CYL work,strengthening the organization construction,system mechanism construction and function construction of the new media.
