Research On The Transformation Of The Work Mode Of The Communist Youth League In The Context Of New Media

With the development of new media, the state of mind and behavior of people, especially the young has been a profound influence. As a bridge contacting the youth, The Communist Youth League need to achieve the goal of representing and safeguarding the interests of the youth and win their trust, then should to follow the trend of the times, integrate into the new media era actively, innovate the mode of work, fulfill four basic functions earnestly.The rise of new media is both opportunity and challenge for the Communist Youth League who should be into the community and the youth. With the advantages of fast and efficient, new media broke the one-dimensional work mode, which concentrate on organizing the youth mobilized, leading the youth uniaxially, serving the youth appealed and relieving the youth echoed. New media promotes the Communist Youth League to developing network positions which are based on websites, to fostering advanced teams which are based on opinion leaders in the network, to building the communication channels which are based on interactive program of the young, to introducing the new media culture products which are loved by the youth, then changes the work pattern from the suspension type to the embedded type, and realize the unification of progressiveness and mass.Working practices of Yancheng Communist Youth League System are reported from my thesis to studying the transconformation of work pattern of the Communist Youth League.
