A Research On The Cultivation Of Legal Consciousness Of Young Intellectuals In Building A Country Ruled By Law

Since the communist party came to power, China’s own construction has greatlystrengthened. The grand project of construction of rule of law has been graduallypromoted by this country during its socialist reform and construction for over50years, especially in the modernization construction of reform and opening up.Managing state affairs according to law and building a country ruled by law is thebasic strategy of governing the country in the twenty-first Century, also the target ofthe Chinese nation. Guided by this goal, the construction of rule of law has achievedunprecedented success. However, with the steady development of the construction,there are more and more problems, which reveal the cause of the system being set upslowly and difficultly. As one of the fundamental reasons, Citizens’ weak legalconsciousness blocks the process internally. Legal consciousness is the general termof law and legal knowledge mastered, opinion and attitude hold by people, is aspecial form of social consciousness, is also an important problem in the theory oflaw, is the core part of building a country ruled by law. The elite group of youngintellectuals is valuable human resources, is the Chinese characteristic socialismconstructors and successors, is the builder and practitioner of a socialist country ruledby law.This paper mainly studies the cultivation of legal consciousness of youngintellectuals in building a country ruled by law. This paper does a Systematicexploration based on the intension of their legal consciousness, expounds the rolethey play in this construction; Based on field investigation on the present situation oflegal consciousness of young intellectuals, analyzes factors and existing problems inthe process of training; proposes a way of strengthening the theoretical foundationand practice, creating a good social atmosphere in cultivation of legal consciousness of young intellectuals.
