The Status Quo And Countermeasures Of The Cultivation Of The Collective Consciousness Of The Primary And Middle School Students In The Young Pioneers Activities

Cultivation of class collective consciousness is an important part of elementary school moral education,and it is very important for the formation and development of primary school students' collective and community consciousness.The Young Pioneers' activities are popular with elementary school students for their distinctive activity themes,diverse organizational forms,and lively activities.This kind of clear-cut collective activities is also an important carrier and effective way to cultivate primary school students' good class collective consciousness.However,on the topic of how to cultivate the collective consciousness of elementary school students through the activities of the Young Pioneers,related theoretical research and practical exploration are still weak and unsystematic.In the daily education practice activities,the Young Pioneer team did not give full play to its unique advantages in developing the collective consciousness of elementary school students.Therefore,it is of great practical value to explore the status quo,problems and countermeasures of the young pioneers' activities to cultivate the collective consciousness of the elementary school students.The main content of this paper includes four aspects.The first part mainly discusses the reasons,significance,domestic and foreign literature review,core concept definition,research methods and so on.The second part mainly explains how the Young Pioneer activities become the training of primary school students.The important path of class collective consciousness;In the third part,questionnaire and interview are the main research methods,and presents the current situation,existing problems and reasons of class consciousness training in elementary school by young pioneers' activities,based on data analysis and interview survey The results of questionnaire surveys and interviews found that the current Young Pioneer activities have problems such as inadequate attention in training the collective consciousness of elementary school students,lack of themed activities,one-sided activities,and single activities.These problems stem from family education concepts,school attitudes,and counselors.There are many reasons for professional literacy,poor design of YoungPioneer activities,etc.The fourth part mainly focuses on strengthening the penetration of the collective consciousness of the class through activities,innovating the content of the Young Pioneers' activities,giving play to the role of Young Pioneer organizations,improving the ability of counselors,and co-educating the collective consciousness of the class.Good environment Side proposed the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
