Research On The Approaches Of Young Intellectuals’ Value Identity Education In The New Epoch

The socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new era.Young intellectuals,as a vital force in the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,under the background of the new era,studying the value identity education of young intellectuals is of great importance to promoting young intellectuals’ firm and correct orientation in their growth path,playing a leading role in youth groups,realizing the unity of self-value and social value,and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.Contribution is of great significance.It is an important issue for the ideological and political education in the new era to study the value identity education of young intellectuals,constantly improve their cognitive level and recognition of socialist core values,help young intellectuals establish correct outlook on life and values,and promote the healthy growth of young intellectuals.Under the background of the new era,starting with the concept of value identity of young intellectuals,this paper clarifies the contents of value identity education of young intellectuals in the new era and the four links of cognitive identity,emotional identity,internalized identity and behavioral identity,and puts forward that the relationship between universality and particularity,possibility and reality,dynamics and normality should be well grasped in value identity education.There are three aspects.On the basis of questionnaire survey,this paper analyses the current situation of value identity education of young intellectuals,and concludes that the existing problems are decentralization of the main force of value identity education,lack of pertinence in value identity education,lack of innovation in the form of value identity education,and weak appeal of value identity education.The reasons for the above problems are that the social synergy effect of value identity education for young intellectuals has not yet formed,the strong self-consciousness of young intellectuals in value choice/the impact of western culture and values,and the influence of unhealthy social atmosphere.Therefore,we should strengthen the value leading role of socialist core values,enhance the consciousness of young intellectuals in identifying socialist core values,enhance the appeal of value identity education to young intellectuals,innovate the form of value identity education for young intellectuals,and agglomerate the social synergy effect of value identity education for young intellectuals.The effectiveness of value identity education for young intellectuals in the new era.
