A Study Of The Status And Development Countermeasures Of College Students As"Village Official" Under The View Of Scientific Development

Guiding and encouraging college graduates to serve the village is a major policy decision with far-reaching significance, in order to solve the "three rural" issue, deepening rural reform, promoting construction of a new socialist countryside, supplying young talents to the rural grass roots, even reserving talents for the party and government; at the same time, is also opening up a new employment channel, in order to alleviate the employment pressure on university, guiding college students change the concept of employment to server the rural. Graduate village officials from scratch, to rapid development, has already experienced15years, has made significant achievements, however there are some problems such as badly treated, can not suited to the rural environment, badly follow-up protection etc. This leads to these graduate village officials can not really integrate into the countryside, also they can not play the positive role, thus discouraging the graduate village officials’ development of comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable. At first, this article summarized the contents and the process of the development of the policy graduate village officials, and illustrated the meaning of the research of the policy of graduate village officials. Second, to maintain the internal and external factors, I selected a part of graduate village officials in Xinghua of Jiangsu Province as examples, explored the development status of graduate village officials, and made a preliminary conclusion. At last, as a guide to the view of scientific development, I attempted to establish the countermeasures of promoting the graduate village officials comprehensive development, achieving coordinated development with local leaders and promoting the Student Village Plan sustainable development.
